Want to increase traffic to your blog? I suggest you start tagging your entries.
So what are tags exactly? In the blogging sense tags are simply word(s) you use to help classify/categorize your blog entry. For example since this post is about blogs promotion I can tag this as “blog promotion.” Since I’ll also mention a Technorati tags later I can also tag this as “Technorati.” Since in the end this is all a blogging tip I can also include the tag “blog tips.”
So how can tags increase traffic to your blog? Tags can help increase your blog traffic by helping your SEO. Since you will be using your keywords as tags this will help search engines determine the relevance and importance of the keywords for that blog post. Even more importantly tags can help you in blog search engines and social bookmarking sites.

Though I rarely add images in my posts here and have lots of pure text entries, it is actually advisable to occasionally add other elements to your blog posts to keep it more interesting. Remember you do not want one time readers only but want to get people to keep on returning. Making sure that your blog is pleasing to the eye (and never ending long lines of text is definitely NOT pleasing to the eye) is one way to make the blog more interesting and worth checking out regularly.
So what are the things you should insert in your post every now and then?
- images
- charts
- graphs
- multi-media content
- interactive elements

After I prove to my self that I can do blogging I already develop it and study more on how to make my blog successful in the industry of internet or in our modern technology right now. When I’m start blogging I join different contest which the prizes is not that as big, but I’m happy every time I join different contest co’z I learn new things in blogging and meet new bloggers where in some of them are blogger eaners.
